Job Description:

The shopper experience is very important to us at Schmidt’s. As a customer experience attendant, your main responsibility is taking care of our customers, and addressing ways we can improve our service. You will also help assist on the floor to make it look presentable for customers. You will be assigned to other tasks such as: Condensing, Watering, Restocking and aiding in Special Projects.

Please note- This is a seasonal position that runs through June. Flexibility with job location and assigned position is required 

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18+ years old

• Being enthusiastic and personable to customers and coworkers 

• Willing to be on your feet for 6+ hours at a time and work in all elements of weather 

• A desire to learn more about plants, and share information with others 

• Willing to work weekends, and maintain a consistent schedule 

• Able to lift 30+ pounds repeatedly
