Job Description:

Our waterers are on the front lines of caring for our plants and making sure they are healthy for our customers. You are in charge of making sure the plants are watered during your shift. As well as assisting customers to find products and direct them to someone who can help with specific issues. You will also be assigned to other tasks such as: Condensing, Restocking and aiding in Special Projects.

Please note- This is a seasonal position that runs through June. Flexibility with job location and assigned position is required 

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 14-16 years old

• Being enthusiastic and personable to customers and coworkers

• A desire to learn about plants, and to share information with others 

• Ability to stand for 5-6+ hours at a time and work in all elements of weather 

• Available to work weekends, and work 1 Sunday a month 

• Capable to lift 30+ pounds repeatedly
